We endeavor to display descriptions and images of our Products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All prices listed on the Site are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate determined by the shipping destination within the EU, calculated via Stripe Tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to your Order will be the price indicated on the Site at the time you complete your Order. Shipping costs are additional to the Product prices and will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method, unless you qualify for free shipping under our stated terms (e.g., orders over €150).
Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products under these Terms. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming the Order details (“Order Confirmation”). The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our payment processors. If we cancel an Order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We ship to selected countries within Europe (via GLS) and potentially other regions as specified in our shipping settings. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Hungarian law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
